As part of the Ravensbury Grove regeneration project in Mitcham, South London, Bison Bridges was contracted to supply three pre-assembled pedestrian bridges designed for rapid installation and long-term durability. The bridges form a vital part of the pedestrian infrastructure supporting access and connectivity across landscaped areas of the development.

Bridge Specification

Each of the three pedestrian bridges measured:

• Length: 3.5 metres

• Width: 1.2 metres

• Structure: Hot-dip galvanised steel beam frame for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended lifespan

• Decking: Made from Re-life 100% recycled black plastic, offering high slip resistance and zero maintenance

• Parapets: Timber parapets with vertical infill panels, providing safety while maintaining visual harmony with green urban settings
